When do you ever see only 2 persons right at this location nowadays? Never! Ever since the opening of the MBS and with the influx of massive amount of tourists, this location is packed almost 24 hours everyday. Even at night, there would be a lot of people crowding around here. This is a panoramic stitch of 6 shots.

Taken on a peaceful morning sunrise from Esplanade. This panorama was taken before the palm of the MBS was completed. Coupled with the moon setting during dawn, I name this as the Rise of the Decepticons. Why? I never liked casinos as they destroy families of gambling addicts. This 3 towers are deceptive of the real intentions of what was behind. With the completion of the palm, the decepticons have taken over power from the autobots once again and evil shall rule. Lol…

Not a regular sunrise hot spot for me. The area was littered with plastic bags and debris. Waters were not clear. Nevertheless, when all seems to be gone for this particular morning sunrise, the colors came out from background to lit up the day. Sembawang jetty is a hot spot for fishing and campers overnight. At low tide, this area do have a little bit of potential.

Venturing across the “plains” of Punggol are my regular buddies for sunrise. The sun was bursting with energy and releasing all of it across the fields. Just an abstract shot of some people scapes (is there such a term?) and sunlight.

Punggol “Botak” Trees. This area was to be developed into a recreational area as part of the Punggol massive development plans. Before these trees were “exterminated”, we decided to have a final shootout with them during sunrise. Another shot of these trees, this time featuring 2 of them seemingly leaning towards each other, reaching towards just like sending out a message that hand in hand they stand, together they fall. The sun was fast rising behind, litting up the skies and clouds, creating this wonderful mood with 2 of the botak trees.

Punggol “Botak” Trees. This area was to be developed into a recreational area as part of the Punggol massive development plans. Before these trees were “exterminated”, we decided to have a final shootout with them during sunrise. The dozens of dogs there were certainly not spotted till day breaks and they were dilligently watching at us to make sure we do not cross into their territories. This was shot at dawn just before the sun rises.

It was a day with fellow Tangshooters at RWS Universal Studios Singapore soft opening. Rain come upon us right as we entered and we were lucky that the skies cleared pretty fast after a short showers. Far far away castle as it was called.
